John Everson is a staunch advocate for the culinary joys of the jalapeno and an unabashed fan of 1970s European horror cinema. He is also the Bram Stoker Award-
winning author of seven novels of erotic horror and the macabre, including his just-released "creepy spider book" Violet Eyes, as well as the Bram Stoker Award-nominated erotic horror tale NightWhere. His first novel, Covenant, won the Stoker award back in 2005. He's also penned Sacrifice, The 13th, Siren and The Pumpkin Man.
In addition to his horror novels, John has published more than 100 short stories in the realm of the macabre. His tales have been translated into Polish, Italian, Turkish, French and German and optioned for potential film development. His first two fiction collections, Cage of Bones & Other Deadly Obsessions (2000) and Vigilantes of Love (2003)
were recently re-issued in both e-book and trade paperback by Dark Arts Books. Other collections include Needles & Sins, Creeptych, and Deadly Nightlusts.
