Erika Talbot first picked up a pen and began writing songs and poetry at the age of thirteen.  She has been obsessed with books since she could remember. At the age of twenty-two, she branch out of her song comfort zone and wrote her first novel. The experience left her wanting more. She has written many picture books, some as serial stories. Her first picture book, The Three Sibling Adventures: What We Want To Be, was published in March, 2011 by Solstice Publishing. It's not all fun and craziness as Erika also writes horror and romance under her pen name Erika Lindsen. Her first publication was featured in the January issue of the Horror Zine.

Erika is active as an advocate for mental illnesses as she suffers from Bipolar disorder and an anxiety disorder.
