We've heard variations of this for years now. "Traditional publishing is dead!" followed now with "Self-publishing is dead!" Neither is true. Publishing has undergone some massive changes in the past 15 years, but it is alive and still adapting. There will be plenty more changes to come, but publishing is not dead.
