Authors want reviews. Word of mouth is the best advertising there is. Readers read reviews before buying books.
We know these things, yet most of us don't write reviews on the books we read. Why? Many of our members have said they don't know how to write a review, or they're afraid of being slammed for writing a review that someone didn't like.
