How to Organize Your Writing Projects

I keep losing the same short story files over and over again. Every time I find them I save them again to an equally obscure place on my hard drive or in my plastic file boxes and cabinets. Those same projects are lost again. Remembering what I was thinking when I committed them to storage is not a good idea. 

Let's talk about how to organize our WIP files, hard copy and digital.
